Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • brick of Henry’s Original Tempeh chopped (make sure to *steam* the tempeh before adding it into the smoothie!)
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • ¼ cup seed butter we recommend sunflower seed butter
  • ½ cup of frozen fruit of choice or 2 ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with more oat milk if needed.
  3. Serve up this nutrient-packed smoothie and watch your little one enjoy every sip!
