Place the tempeh in a large bowl and add olive oil, corn starch and salt. Toss to combine.
Preheat a large pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the tempeh and sear until golden brown all over. Should take 10 minutes, flipping occasionally.
In a blender, combine all the ingredients for the dragon sauce and blend on high until well combined. Pour over the tempeh and mix to combine. Lower the heat and cook for 2 minutes until is starts to thicken.
Serve on top of French fries like we did, or on rice.
Top with green onions and hot peppers. Enjoy!
