Ingredients
  

  • 8 wooden skewers soaked in water for approx. 30 minutes
  • 1 brick of Henry's Tempeh cut into large chunks
  • 2 cups of mushrooms whole, stems removed & cleaned
  • 2 whole red onions peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 pineapple peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 1/4 cup of your fav BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add the prepped tempeh, mushrooms, red onions and pineapple. Add the BBQ sauce, miso and olive oil. Mix to combine and let sit 20 minutes.
  • Heat up the BBQ and as it warms, assemble the kabobs by alternating between ingredients on each skewer.
  • Brush olive oil onto grill. Cook on all sides until golden brown and slightly charred, around 10-15 minutes. (Optional- baste with leftover sauce from the bowl when they are almost done)
  • Top with green onions and dig in!
