Baked Potato
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Henry’s Tempeh Crumble
- 4 large baking potatoes wrapped in foil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Your favourite plant based sour cream
- Handful of chives chopped
Instructions
- Place baked potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees and cook for about 45 minutes, until tender.
- In the meantime, add soy sauce, maple syrup and sriracha to a bowl. Add tempeh and toss to combine.
- In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and tempeh mixture and cook until it starts to crisp, about 10 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are done, unwrap and slice open about half way through. Top with tempeh, sour cream and chives.
