Baked Potato

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack of Henry’s Tempeh Crumble
  • 4 large baking potatoes wrapped in foil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Your favourite plant based sour cream
  • Handful of chives chopped

Method
 

  1. Place baked potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees and cook for about 45 minutes, until tender.
  2. In the meantime, add soy sauce, maple syrup and sriracha to a bowl. Add tempeh and toss to combine.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and tempeh mixture and cook until it starts to crisp, about 10 minutes.
  4. Once the potatoes are done, unwrap and slice open about half way through. Top with tempeh, sour cream and chives.
