Baked Potato

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack of Henry’s Tempeh Crumble
  • 4 large baking potatoes wrapped in foil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Your favourite plant based sour cream
  • Handful of chives chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place baked potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees and cook for about 45 minutes, until tender.
  • In the meantime, add soy sauce, maple syrup and sriracha to a bowl. Add tempeh and toss to combine.
  • In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and tempeh mixture and cook until it starts to crisp, about 10 minutes.
  • Once the potatoes are done, unwrap and slice open about half way through. Top with tempeh, sour cream and chives.
