Method
- Preheat oven to 350C.
- In a bowl, combine tempeh crumble and spices and then shape into 12 balls. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until starting to crisp.
- Remove from the oven and place 3 meatballs on each bun, top with tomato sauce and cheese strips. Place back on the baking sheet and broil on low until the cheese starts to melt and the bun is browning. Keep a close eye on it!
- Remove from the oven and top with parsley. Enjoy!
