Cube tempeh brick.
Combine flour, spices and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Add milk and stir to combine.
In a larger bowl add maple and hot sauce - stir.
Heat oil in a pot over medium high and toss tempeh in the flour mixture to coat.
To test oil, place the back of a wooden spoon in the oil and if it sizzles right away you are good to go!
Fry tempeh in batches until golden brown and carefully spoon onto a paper towel lined plate.
Once they are all fried add them to the bowl of hot sauce and maple and toss to coat. Serve with vegan ranch or throw them in a wrap!
