Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ⅙ brick of Henry’s Original Tempeh chopped (make sure to *steam* the tempeh before adding it into the smoothie!)
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 cups of spinach
- ¼ cup seed butter we recommend sunflower seed butter
- ½ cup of frozen fruit of choice or 2 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with more oat milk if needed.
- Serve up this nutrient-packed smoothie and watch your little one enjoy every sip!
