The very fine folks at Kingston VegFest are back this weekend at St Lawrence College.  The event runs on Saturday October 21nd from 11am to 5pm; luckily the weather forecast is looking great too.

We are especially excited about Cécile’s (from Cécile’s Untamed Kitchen) demo using our very own Tempeh!   She brings so much joy and enthusiasm, not to mention amazing knowledge to every demo, it is NOT to be missed!  Below is the full schedule for the day; we hope you have an amazing time in Kingston!

FOOD DEMO schedule:

11:15am to 12pm “Easy, nutritious & well-balanced meals: the Buddha bowl”
