Chefs, this is your chance to meet the farmers and express what you have troubles to source and what you would like them to provide for your restaurant. We are also excited to introduce you to 2 amazing cheese and Tempeh producers from Ontario!
Farmers, this is your chance to understand what chefs are looking for and to be sure that your production efforts will be sold and promoted.
